What you’ll find at Djeddah
The recipes are the Paris ones — long-fermented sourdough breads, all-butter viennoiseries, pastries, savoury creations and coffee — with the New York Roll as the signature. Nothing was redesigned for Saudi Arabia: it is the same menu, made fresh on site every day.

Your French bakery in As Salamah
The bakery is set in La Paz Shopping Center, on Prince Sultan Road, in the As Salamah district — one of the shopping streets of northern Jeddah, a few minutes from the corniche and its hotels.
The recipes are the Paris ones: long-fermented sourdough breads, laminated viennoiseries and pastries, made fresh every day. It is our first address in Saudi Arabia, opened in 2024. The bakery welcomes you every day from 8am to 11pm — hours made for Jeddah evenings, in a city that stays out late.
