Our story
BO&MIE crosses to the Left Bank.
In 2022, BO&MIE crossed the Seine. After three Paris addresses all on the Right Bank — and a first opening in Barcelona — we opened our first Left Bank bakery at 5-7 boulevard Saint-Michel.
The former shoe shop was rebuilt from scratch. Behind a front that looks compact from the boulevard sit nearly 350 m² spread over three levels. Saint-Michel opened the Latin Quarter to us — and it is today our second Paris address, behind Louvre-Rivoli.

What you’ll find at Saint-Michel
The full BO&MIE range, from the morning bread to the afternoon. Here the terrace makes a difference: hot coffee, iced coffee and cold drinks hold a place the other addresses don’t give them.
Production
As in the other bakeries, a share of the products is finished and baked on site — proving and baking the viennoiseries, cookies, the day’s finishing touches. The rest comes from the BO&MIE Lab.
