Our story
After Turbigo, Saint-Martin.
In 2019, two years after Turbigo, BO&MIE opened its second address at 359 rue Saint-Martin. The first bakery was working, demand was growing, and going a little further into Paris became the obvious next move.
A former textile wholesaler, the 200 m² space was rebuilt from scratch: the shop took the ground floor, the bakery moved into the basement. Saint-Martin became the proof that after a first address, BO&MIE could open a second — and start building a network.

Production
Saint-Martin mattered in the early years of the house: a viennoiserie lab was set up here when it opened, producing for the first two bakeries. Today a share of the products is still finished and baked on site — viennoiseries and cookies in particular.
