There is no basket on this site, no payment and no customer account. No order is concluded here and no payment is taken here.
Publishing full terms of sale here would suggest that you are contracting with the publisher of this site. You are not, and this page exists to say so plainly rather than to tick a box.
Ordering online
Online ordering happens on commande.boetmie.com, a separate platform. The contract of sale is formed there with the seller identified on it, under the terms and conditions published on that platform.
Those are the terms that govern your order: prices, payment methods, collection slots, cancellation, complaints. Read them before you confirm — we cannot stand in their place.
Buying in the bakery
In the bakery, the sale is concluded at the counter. Displayed prices are in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Our creations are made on site each day: availability varies through the day, and some are seasonal.
Allergen information is available from the team. Our workshops handle gluten, eggs, milk, nuts and sesame among others: traces can never be entirely ruled out. If you have a severe allergy, tell us before you buy.
A question, a complaint
For an order placed online, contact the seller identified on the ordering platform. For a purchase in a bakery or a question about our products, that bakery remains the best person to ask; addresses and opening hours are on this site.
