Our story
At both ends of the same line.
In June 2026, a month after Montparnasse, BO&MIE moved into Bordeaux Saint-Jean station. The two addresses answer each other: since 2017 the LGV Sud Europe Atlantique has linked them in 2 h 04, and here we are at both ends of the line!
The format sits in between — larger than the Montparnasse corner, tighter than Aix — on level -1, in the passage leading to the tracks. It is the last thing you pass leaving Bordeaux, and the first on your right when you arrive. A 100% quality corner, with a selection of our best products and a team on site all day, seven days a week. The address is run with SSP.

As in our two other stations, a 100% quality corner with a selection of our best products: viennoiseries, pastries, savoury creations and drinks — everything for a good departure. Only bread is missing: with no bread oven in the station, we cannot offer it on site.
Production
Snacking is made on site: sandwiches, bagels and salads are prepared by our teams throughout the day. Viennoiseries, cookies and flans are baked at the corner too, to the rhythm of the trains — from 5:00 on weekdays, well before the first departures for Paris.

Your bakery at Bordeaux Saint-Jean station
Bordeaux Saint-Jean is a monument as much as a station. Its great metal train shed, completed in 1898 by the architect Marius Toudoire and the engineer Louis Choron, runs nearly three hundred metres long and fifty-seven wide, twenty-six metres above the tracks: one of the largest in Europe when it was built. All around it, the Belcier district has been entirely redrawn by the Euratlantique development — look up as you leave, the city has changed face.
Since the LGV Sud Europe Atlantique opened in 2017, Paris is 2 h 04 away — and Gare Montparnasse sits at the other end of that line. Here we are now at both ends of it!
