Our story
The first BO&MIE in a Paris station.
In May 2026, two years after Aix-en-Provence TGV, BO&MIE moved into Gare Montparnasse. It is our second address in a station and the first BO&MIE in a Paris station — a point of pride for a house born on rue de Turbigo, forty minutes away.
The format is the opposite of Aix: a compact corner, with no seating, designed to move quickly as departure time approaches. A 100% quality corner, with a selection of our best products and Café Coutume speciality coffee, served here as in our bakeries. The address is run with SSP.

Our best products · every day
Our best products, just before the platform!
Viennoiseries, pastries, savoury creations and drinks, with Café Coutume speciality coffee: on a 100% quality corner, we have brought together our best products, the ones you happily take onto the platform. Only bread is missing — with no bread oven in the station, we cannot offer it on site. It is waiting for you in our Paris bakeries.
Production
Snacking is made on site: sandwiches, bagels and salads are prepared by our teams throughout the day. Viennoiseries, cookies and flans are baked at the corner too, to the rhythm of departures — the displays are replenished from the first train to the evening.

Your bakery at Gare Montparnasse
Montparnasse is the station of the west and south-west: this is where the high-speed trains leave for Brittany, the Pays de la Loire and Bordeaux — Rennes in 1 h 25, Bordeaux in 2 h 04. It is one of the busiest stations in Paris, and the one that left the most famous image in French railway history: on 22 October 1895, the locomotive of the Granville train went through the façade and came to rest on the place de Rennes. The photograph has been reproduced ever since!
The BO&MIE corner is waiting for you in Hall 1, on the departures level, facing tracks 1 and 2. The right reflex: a Café Coutume speciality coffee and a viennoiserie, just before heading down to the platform.
