Our story
The first BO&MIE outside Paris.
On 14 June 2024, BO&MIE opened at Aix-en-Provence TGV station. It was our first address in a station, and our first outside Paris — two firsts on the same day, seven hundred kilometres from rue de Turbigo. The format is nothing like a grab-and-go counter: over 400 m², a big room, a lovely sunny terrace, and the largest place to eat in the station.
You will find a selection of our best products there, part of it baked on site throughout the day. The address is run with SSP, our partner across all three stations.

Our best products · every day
A selection of our best products!
Viennoiseries, pastries, savoury creations, drinks: we have brought together our best products here, the ones you happily take onto a train — or savour on the terrace. Only bread is missing: with no bread oven in the station, we cannot offer it on site. For that, visit one of our bakeries.
Production
Snacking is made on site: sandwiches, bagels and salads are prepared by our teams throughout the day. Viennoiseries, cookies and flans are baked here too, to the rhythm of the trains — a still-warm croissant at the first departure of the morning as well as late in the afternoon, rather than a single batch delivered at dawn.

Sitting down before the train
Here, there is time. The room and the terrace offer 80 to 100 seats: you can have a proper breakfast before an early departure, lunch in the sun while waiting for a connection, or simply put your suitcase down at last. In a station set out in open country, a good table looking onto the tracks changes the way you wait.

Your bakery at Aix-en-Provence TGV station
Aix-en-Provence TGV station is not in Aix — and that is the whole story. Opened in June 2001 with the LGV Méditerranée high-speed line, it sits on the Arbois plateau, out among the garrigue, straddling Aix-en-Provence and Cabriès some fifteen kilometres from the city centre. Its great wing-shaped roof, by Jean-Marie Duthilleul and Étienne Tricaud, looks out towards the Sainte-Victoire. You get there by car, by shuttle or by train: nobody passes through by chance!
From here, Marseille is twelve minutes away and Paris three hours. In between, travellers wait — and here they wait well: BO&MIE occupies the departures hall, on the left as you walk in, with 80 to 100 seats between the room and the terrace. It is the largest place to eat in the station, and the sunniest.
