Our story
For the first time, our own.
In 2024, BO&MIE opened a second address on rue de Rivoli, this time facing the Hôtel de Ville. The former Courir store was rebuilt from scratch: production in the basement, the bakery on the ground floor and, just above, the offices of BO&MIE France.
For the first time, we were not tenants: BO&MIE bought the walls. A bakery, a working kitchen and our head office under one roof, in the middle of Paris. It is also here that our new shop concept — cleaner, more premium — was rolled out for the first time.

What you’ll find at Hôtel de Ville
The full BO&MIE range, from the morning bread to the afternoon: breads, viennoiseries, pastries, cookies, savoury creations and coffee. Four years after Louvre-Rivoli, this second address extends our presence on rue de Rivoli as far as the Marais.
Production
The basement holds the bakery’s own production. As in the other addresses, a share of the products is finished and baked on site — proving and baking the viennoiseries, cookies, the day’s finishing touches. The rest comes from the BO&MIE Lab.

At 48 rue de Rivoli, the bakery sits directly opposite the Hôtel de Ville, a few steps from the BHV and at the gates of the Marais. Our other address, Louvre-Rivoli, is further west on the same street.
Notre-Dame, Châtelet and the Centre Pompidou are all within walking distance. Residents, offices, visitors and local shopkeepers cross paths here all day.
