What you’ll find at Séoul
The recipes are the Paris ones, reworked for the format of a department store counter: sourdough breads, all-butter viennoiseries, pastries and travel cakes. La Viennoise, our signature, has found its public here — close to a bagel in shape, softer and more fragrant in the mouth.

Your French bakery in Gangnam
The counter sits on level B1 of the Shinsegae Gangnam department store, in Banpo, in the Seocho district. It is one of the busiest spots in Seoul: the building stands above the Express Bus Terminal and the metro station that shares its name, served by lines 3, 7 and 9.
Opened in February 2025 with Shinsegae Food, it is our first address in Asia. You will find the breads, viennoiseries and pastries of Paris there, Monday to Thursday from 10.30am to 8pm, and until 8.30pm from Friday to Sunday.
