Our story
Taking the concept further.
In 2025, BO&MIE moved into 13 boulevard Montmartre, at the heart of the Grands Boulevards. Behind the former dental practice we found nearly 350 m² over three levels — and a build far more complex than it looked.
Floors to reinforce, spaces to rethink entirely, a lift to fit in: the place was rebuilt from top to bottom. We also chose to expose its historic steel structure and make it one of the strong points of the project. After Hôtel de Ville, Montmartre takes our architectural language further: more volume, bare beams and an upper floor opening wide onto the boulevard.

Production
As in the other addresses, a share of the products is finished and baked on site — proving and baking the viennoiseries, cookies, the day’s finishing touches. The rest comes from the BO&MIE Lab.

Taking your time at Montmartre
Three levels, a terrace on the boulevard and a large room upstairs, served by a lift. Breakfast, lunch, an afternoon stop or simply a coffee, facing the Grands Boulevards. The front faces north: the upper floor stays pleasant even in summer.

At 13 boulevard Montmartre, the bakery sits on the Grands Boulevards, in the 2nd district, directly opposite the Musée Grévin. Richelieu-Drouot, the historic covered arcades and the Opéra district are a few minutes away on foot.
Theatres, brasseries, offices and strollers cross paths here all day. A very Parisian neighbourhood, and one finding new momentum.
