The Ze Awards 2025 were held on 15 September. Jean-François Bandet and Magali Szekula, founders of BO&MIE, were named snacking entrepreneurs of the year. The next day, Zepros published a profile of the house, eight years after the first bakery opened on rue de Turbigo.
What Zepros described at the time
At the time of the article, Zepros counted twelve establishments in France and an international presence in Spain, South Korea and Saudi Arabia. The outlet also cited two lines of development beyond the shops: travel retail with SSP, and B2B with Sodexo.

Still according to Zepros, snacking then accounted for 35% of the business and coffee for 25%. Revenue for 2025 was expected to come close to €30 million, with a stated ambition of €100 million in the long run. These figures describe 2025; they have not been updated since.

The article tied this growth to one specific tool: the 2,000 m² laboratory opened in Clichy in 2024, which makes it possible to produce more without giving up in-house production. We came back to it in an article devoted to the Lab.
BO&MIE had already been a finalist in the 2024 edition, without winning. The detail is worth noting: between the two editions came the Lab, Aix-en-Provence and a first full year outside Paris.
